Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of consulting, advisory, and related services provided by Murphbeck Technologies LLC ("Murphbeck", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging Murphbeck, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Murphbeck provides AI systems architecture, consulting, and implementation support. Specific scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual statements of work, proposals, or agreements ("Engagements").

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We design and advise on AI systems, but we do not guarantee specific business results, financial outcomes, or model performance. You are responsible for how you deploy and operate any systems built with or by us.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business, data, and constraints.
• Ensure your use of AI systems complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms.
• Maintain appropriate human oversight over any automated processes.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own your data and your underlying business IP. Murphbeck retains rights to its underlying frameworks, patterns, and tooling, which may be reused in other contexts in de-identified form.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's non-public information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the Engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murphbeck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising out of or related to our services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the start of an Engagement governs that Engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
