1. Scope of Services

Murphbeck Technologies provides AI strategy, architecture, auditing, and design services. We do not provide legal or financial advice. All services are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

AI is an experimental field. While we use best practices to design robust systems, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or zero hallucination rates from AI models.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to use our services and the resulting systems lawfully. You are responsible for keeping humans in the loop for critical decisions and automated actions.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain full ownership of your data and your specific business IP.
Our Frameworks: Murphbeck retains rights to its underlying architectural patterns, libraries, and agent frameworks, which may be reused in de-identified forms for other clients.

5. Confidentiality

We commit to keeping your business data and trade secrets confidential. We expect the same regarding our proprietary methodologies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murphbeck Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the AI systems we design.
